It’s important to thoroughly evaluate the security requirements and implement the appropriate controls to ensure the security of the cloud environment. Not automating the cloud environment: A third common mistake companies make when migrating to the cloud is not automating the cloud environment. This can include not automating the deployment of resources and not automating the monitoring and maintenance of the cloud environment.
