AI in production, under control. Three services: AI Governance sets the rules, Managed AI keeps the platform safe and in budget, and Managed Agents runs your agents in production.
Problem
The board wants a plan. Your people already use AI tools at work, sometimes with company data. Security is nervous, the EU AI Act is on the agenda, and nobody can say what the first invoices are for. A pilot is easy. Production is harder: somebody has to own the costs, the security and the agent updates once the pilot team moves on. Six questions show where you stand.
Approach
AI Governance decides what AI is for, what is allowed and who owns it. Managed AI turns those rules into controls in your own cloud. Managed Agents keeps your agents running in production. Managed AI and Managed Agents start with the same project: an AI landing zone with AWS AgentCore or Microsoft Foundry deployed on top.
Service 1 · Professional service
We build your AI governance with you: the rules, the model for who decides, and a plan for the AI your people already use. For leadership, legal, security and the DPO.
Service 2 · Managed service
A secured AI platform in your own AWS or Microsoft cloud, kept safe and in budget every month. Your governance rules become technical controls. For the CTO, security and the cloud team.
Service 3 · Managed service
Your agents in production, watched during business hours or 24/7. We manage every version from first release to retirement, and look after the agent platform they run on. For agent owners and the teams who rely on them.

Outcomes
AI Governance is a fixed-price project. Managed AI and Managed Agents start with one shared project, then continue as monthly services. If you already run cloud with Cloud², they extend what you have today. Model usage and cloud costs are billed at cost.
What AI Governance decides, Managed AI enforces in your cloud. Shadow AI that the platform detects goes back to governance. Without a governance model, the platform starts with our standard policies.
There is no separate security add-on to buy. Protection is built into the rules, the platform and the day-to-day running of your agents.
A data processing agreement, listed sub-processors and processing in the EU. Your data never trains models. We tell you where AI agents work in our delivery, and you stay the owner of your AI systems.
Where To Start
Most organisations start with the rules. If you already have them, start with the platform. Either way, the other services fit on later.
A few short workshops with your people, and we write the documents. Also fits if you only use ready-made tools such as Copilot and have no AI platform of your own.
An honest look at the AI tools already in use, including the ones nobody approved.
Which data may go where, what a person must approve, and what stays off limits.
The EU AI Act, NIS2 and DORA, sorted into what applies to you and what you need to register.
AI Governance ModelAn AI landing zone in your own cloud, with AWS AgentCore or Microsoft Foundry deployed on top. Your existing rules are switched on, or our standard policies if you have none yet.
AI kept apart from your other systems, with access only for the people who need it.
Enforced by the platform, not by good intentions.
Your pilots and agents move onto the platform, each with its own test set.
AI Landing ZoneOne monthly rhythm for the platform and the agents, with one report on costs, risks and quality.
Watched in business hours or 24/7, with every version managed from release to retirement.
