Managed AI

Your AI platform in your own AWS or Microsoft cloud, kept safe and in budget. We run the cost controls, policies, security, guardrails and identity every month.

Problem

A pilot is easy. Production is harder.

You have pilots on Bedrock or Foundry. They work. Then the pilot team moves on, the invoice grows, and nobody is sure whether customer data reaches the model or who still has access. Managed AI builds the platform your AI needs and runs it every month, so the pilots can go to production and stay safe there.

  • • AI costs grow, and nobody knows which use case causes them
  • • Rules agreed on paper, but never switched on in the platform
  • • No proof that personal or confidential data stays out of the models
  • • API keys and access rights nobody has reviewed since the pilot

Approach

One platform. Five things we look after.

A short project builds an AI landing zone in your own cloud and deploys AWS AgentCore or Microsoft Foundry on top. Then Managed AI looks after it every month. The agents that run on it are covered by Managed Agents.

Managed service

Managed AI

Your governance rules become technical controls, built with our tested Terraform modules in your own code repository. Then we keep them in place month after month.

Cost controls. Budgets, quotas and anomaly alerts, with every euro tied to a use case and a monthly report.
Policies. Your AI rules enforced in the platform. New tools and agents checked against them before use.
Security. Private connections, no public access, EU processing and your own encryption keys. Configuration drift found and fixed.
Guardrails. Content filters, personal data masking and prompt injection protection. Mandatory, and tuned as hits are reviewed.
Identity. Roles and managed identities instead of API keys, an identity of their own for agents, and regular access reviews.

Managed AI

Flat monthly fee, set in your proposal

Outcomes

  • • A safe place to build. A secured AI environment in your own cloud, with AWS AgentCore or Microsoft Foundry ready for your agents.
  • • Costs you can explain. Every euro of AI spend tied to a use case, with budgets, quotas and anomaly alerts.
  • • Rules that run. Your AI policies enforced by the platform and kept current as new tools and agents arrive.
  • • Your data stays in the EU. Private connections, EU processing and your own encryption keys.
  • • No API keys. Every person, application and agent has its own identity, with access reviewed.
  • • No AI platform team of your own. We run the platform, so your people can build the next use case.

The monthly fee is set in your proposal. Model usage and cloud costs are billed at cost; you can buy them through us under AWS and Microsoft CSP, so they show in the same report. Agents that run on the platform are priced per agent in Managed Agents.

Who does what

We run the platform configuration, cost reports, policies, guardrail changes, access reviews and security incidents. You approve changes and own each use case. AWS and Microsoft keep the models available.

Works with your SOC

We don't replace it. Platform alerts go to your SOC or SIEM, and we handle the work that is specific to AI.

In every contract

A data processing agreement, listed sub-processors and processing in the EU. Your data never trains models. We tell you where AI agents work in our delivery.

How It Goes

From pilot to production

The platform takes two days. Then we run it every month, and your agents move onto it one by one.

Build the platform

Typically 2 days

An AI landing zone in your own cloud, built from ready-made parts, with AWS AgentCore or Microsoft Foundry deployed on top and your rules switched on. Without a governance model, our standard policies apply.

Controls as code

Identity, network, guardrails, policies and budgets in Terraform, in your own repository.

Agent platform ready

AgentCore or Foundry deployed and secured, ready for your first agents.

What we need from you

Access to your cloud account, your existing code repositories, a connection point to your SOC and a named owner for each use case.

AI Landing Zone

Run the platform

Every month

We keep the controls in place and the costs visible.

Cost controls

A monthly report per use case, anomalies explained, and proposals such as a cheaper model or caching.

Policies kept current

New tools and agents checked against your rules, and shadow AI the platform detects reported back to you.

Security and identity

Configuration drift fixed, access reviewed, security incidents handled with your SOC.

Guardrails

Hits reviewed, filters tuned, and every change tested before it goes live.

Add your agents

As they go live

Your agents move onto the platform one by one, each with its own test set. Managed Agents watches them and manages every version.

Agents in production

Observability, version management and lifecycle for every agent, priced per agent.

You get the same service and the same reports on both clouds.

FAQ

Common questions

Doesn't AWS or Microsoft take care of this?
They keep the models available. Configuration, controls, costs and access stay with you, and that is the part we run.
Do we need a governance model first?
No. If you have one, we switch it on in the platform. If you don’t, the platform starts with our standard policies, and AI Governance can follow.
Who keeps our AI rules current?
Managed AI. Policies are one of the five things we run: new tools and agents are checked against your rules, and the platform’s controls stay in line with them. Writing the rules in the first place is AI Governance.
We already have a SOC. Do we need this?
Keep your SOC. We feed the AI platform’s alerts into it and handle the work that is specific to AI: guardrails, access and costs.
Do AI agents make changes in our environment?
Our own agents do the routine work: cost analysis, guardrail triage and reports. They report, or prepare a change that a person approves. Only low-risk changes within limits you agree run on their own, and the service description lists them. Access rights and pipeline approvals enforce the hard limits, not instructions to the agent.
Do you use our data to train AI?
No. Processing stays in the EU, the sub-processors are listed in the contract, and our agents work with metadata, not the content of your prompts.
What about our agents?
They run on the platform, and Managed Agents looks after them: observability in business hours or 24/7, version management, lifecycle and the agent platform itself.
