Managed Platform Foundation

We run your shared build path: capacity before release week, templates and checks kept up to date, settings kept the way you agreed.

Problem

Release week always arrives

The control plane is handed over on day two. From day three somebody has to run it. Runners queue at release time, a provider version breaks a template, someone with owner rights switches off a ruleset in a hurry, and GitHub or Azure DevOps changes underneath you every month. Managed Platform Foundation is that somebody.

  • • Pipelines queuing when you need them most
  • • Templates broken by a provider release
  • • Rulesets quietly switched off and never switched back

Approach

We run the machinery. You own the standard.

Managed Platform Foundation operates the platform. It doesn't decide the standards: that is Managed Platform Governance, sold alongside. If you already run cloud with us, it rides on the same service desk, the same CCoE and the same reporting as the rest of your estate.

Runners and capacity

Hosted minutes or self-hosted runner fleets sized, patched and scaled before release week becomes a queue.

Blueprint and template versions

Pipeline templates and blueprints versioned, tested and released with changelogs.

Policy engine

The gate kept running, rule updates rolled out, false positives tuned.

Org drift remediation

Rulesets, branch policies, permissions and identity federation held to the landing zone baseline.

Monitoring and incidents

Control plane availability and failed platform runs, handled through the Cloud² service desk.

FAQ

Common questions

Our architects own the standards. Can we buy just this?
Yes. That is exactly why platform operations and platform governance are two separate services. Most customers take both.
Are runner minutes and VCS licences included?
No. VCS licences, Advanced Security and runner minutes pass through at cost. The fee covers running the platform.
