We will run the service on your target environment on Azure or AWS. Outage handling is smooth, even in complex multi-cloud architectures. The data collected by the Microsoft Sentinel tool and pre-defined threat scenarios are the basis for day-to-day operations.

AUTOMATION CLASSIFIES, ANALYSES AND reSOLVEs

We will build automations that will start sorting and investigating incoming alerts, taking the more sophisticated tickets forward as clear case descriptions. A large proportion of situations can be resolved automatically. If you need expert help to solve the problem, we will agree this with you separately.

The Cloud Security Service is an ongoing service, billed monthly. It includes a deployment project and beyond:

monitoring, development and maintenance of automation systems
reporting
regular communication in the cloud steering group or in a separate meeting.

Before starting the service, you will need the Landing Zone base configuration, Azure Lighthouse, Microsoft Partner Center GDAP and Microsoft Sentinel products, and licenses for the services that will be connected to Microsoft Sentinel.
