DATA COLLECTION
We start by collecting data on current cloud usage and spend using Spotter and other platform-specific tools. This phase includes an initial two-hour workshop to assess the customer's current situation, identify key cost drivers and define the objectives of the assessment.
ANALYSIS
We drill down into the collected data to identify consumption trends and anomalies. In this phase, we will dive deep into the cloud spend data to identify potential savings and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
We will set concrete targets to optimise cloud costs based on the results of the analysis. This will include a two-hour planning workshop where we will focus on setting strategic goals and creating an action plan to improve cost efficiency.
OPTIMISATION INITIAtives
At this stage, we will plan in more detail the tasks outlined in the strategic planning and prioritise the most effective ways to achieve cost savings and efficiency. We develop and prioritise measures that will deliver the greatest savings and improve the efficiency of the cloud environment, taking into account the customer's business objectives and technical requirements.
review & RECOMMENDATIONS
We will present our findings and tailor-made recommendations during a two-hour workshop. At this stage, we share the results of the analysis, strategy and optimisation measures with the client, and offer recommendations for further action.
