Imagine the situation. It’s 6:47 in the morning, and the maintenance worker is sitting with a coffee mug in his hand, when a notification pops up on his phone:

“Device SN-5827492 – hydraulic unit pressure failure. Possible seal damage.”

Just a year ago, this would have meant a multi-step and time-consuming process. The maintenance worker would have gone to the site just to determine what needed to be fixed, returned to pick up spare parts, and came back to reinstall them – perhaps only the next day.

The maintenance worker opens his mobile device and instantly chats with an AI agent. The agent has already analyzed the device’s maintenance history, similar failures in other units, and operating conditions.

It suggests:

Everything is ready. The service technician sets off knowing exactly what to expect. The visit is done in one go – efficiently and without surprises. But the anticipation doesn't stop there. In the afternoon, the technical designer receives a question from a commercial customer:

“Can this model safely lift a 2000 kg iron rail?”

Previously, the answer would have required reviewing drawings, comparing material data and perhaps the time of an expert. Now the AI ​​agent answers in a few seconds:

"Yes. The model has a lifting capacity of 2300 kg. Safety margin of 15%. In use for 4 years - no damage observed."

Another question from a NATO customer:

"Can this personnel carrier's armor withstand a tracked mine and a roadside bomb?" These explosives have been detected in the area.

Next, the system's understanding will be expanded to include more diverse data: image and video material generated in field conditions, real-time sensor data and external data sources. This will enrich the agents' decision-making and provide an even more accurate picture of the situation.

At the same time, more independent agents will be developed that not only support human decision-making – but also make some of the decisions themselves, safely and in a documented manner. The goal may be, for example, fully autonomous maintenance work request processing.

Since the area of ​​operation also includes high-security environments, the development work also emphasizes solutions with higher encryption classification.
